Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer has to pay the return shipping costs if the return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.

If an item has free shipping, and you request a refund, you will be charged for shipping costs and a restocking fee up to 20%. This fee allows us to still provide the best quality and price on the internet. It covers credit card processing fees, PayPal fees, and transportation costs.
 
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the delivery date.
 
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). This will be a simple set of numbers that must be written on the invoice that was provided with the product.
 
In case of Manufacturer's defects, please contact us through eBay for any questions or concerns. All items for return must have an invoice to warrant a defective item.
 
Buyer takes full responsibility if a product is not installed with a professional mechanic. *We are not responsible for any labor expenses or any other expenses associated with the installation or removal of your product. We will issue a refund if item was not installed. Item must also be in resalable condition.
 
All of our items are brand new. If appearance of item has any visual blemishes, i.e. scratch or dents, it should not affect the function of the product. I refund will not be issued if item is in usable condition. Items do not include installation instructions.
 
We are not responsible for any items damaged in shipping. We strongly recommend buying insurance and or checking all products prior to signing for them from the carrier. If you want these options on your shipment, please contact us you complete the purchase. If an item has free shipping, and you request to add insurance or signature conformation to you order please email us before purchase to adjust the listing or invoice accordingly.
 
Once you sign for the product it is yours and your responsibility to file any claims with such carrier.
